European and Competition law
Our European and Competition law practice group specialises in competition law, European law, regulated markets and tendering law. We advise a vast number of companies in sensitive matters such as anti-cartel regulations or abuse of dominant market positions and how to prevent it. Additionally, we assist clients in proceedings before the Netherlands Competition Authority and in civil court.
The practice group advises companies operating in regulated sectors, such as energy, waste disposal, rail transport, healthcare and education We also assist in privatisation procedures.
In addition, we regularly advise companies and government agencies on the complex body of European tendering law, and specifically on whether or not a given procedure must be tendered at the European level.
