Litigation and Dispute Management

Introduction:

In a corporate and commercial litigation practice as ours, efficiency is first and foremost. None of the parties involved in a dispute benefits from prolonged legal battles. For that reason I regard reaching a quick settlement as much as a victory as winning in court. At least as a victory of the common sense. Common sense is also reflected in my advice: I provide clients clear and achievable solutions. Too often jargon is used in order to conceil a lack of knowledge and/or strategy. Clear communication is my goal and, if necessary, unusual means are used to achieve this. If necessary to achieve the best practical outcome in a given dispute, all options are considered, including, for example, using forensic search software in order to search large amounts of documents.
