Notarial Corporate law

Introduction:

During my notarial and tax law studies already, I was interested and active in trade and industry. My activities as a civil-law notary therefore revolve around entrepreneurs and their businesses. I find it important to be able to assist my clients on a long-term basis and in a broad area of the law, since there are ever more regulations, which are changing continuously. Particularly in complex cases, a helicopter view is essential. My approach is always practical and purposeful: a notarial deed is not an objective in itself, but must offer added value and protect the legal interests of the parties involved. My broad experience and informal contacts with directors and officers of companies and businesses regularly allow me to act as a sparring partner, also in family matters. That gives my legal work an extra dimension.
