Introduction:

I work daily in a very dynamic environment. No matter what kind of client, company or director/manager, each case in the field of labour or employment law requires a special focus. Speed, short lines of communication and a high level of personal involvement are my starting point for quickly and successfully solving a problem. In this respect, a good relationship with the client is vital for me. I invest in it continuously and it’s certainly not just about the legal aspects. Understanding and knowledge of the client’s business, personnel organisation and commercial interests are essential. I gained considerable experience in this field when working for years in a multi-disciplinary advice organisation.

Working together with financial experts, tax specialists and management consultants teaches you to look beyond your own horizon. The process in achieving a solution is just as important as the solution itself.
