Notarial Corporate law

Introduction:

I specialise in national and international corporate law and notary company law. Using this expertise, I was involved in setting up the notary practice of Eversheds Faasen in Rotterdam. This is a fast growing practice, where I work for medium-sized and large enterprises at home and abroad, usually in a commercial environment. That’s what makes it so attractive – I can still develop professionally but also – and this provides a lot of pleasure – get involved in the business of my clients. They are often entrepreneurs who have invested all their energy and soul in their companies. They don’t want some elegant construction on paper, but a solution that works in practice. So we never regard the notarised deed as the ultimate goal but as a means to reach the client’s aims. So you have to do more than an average notary and that’s why I am totally in my element at Eversheds Faasen.
