Introduction:

For me, the most important things are reacting quickly, working efficiently, remaining actively involved in a case and thoroughly researching the business and market of your client. Clients should be able to depend on you to give good, reliable quality advice, and be easily accessible and ready to act when they need you. I’m a ’hands-on‘ professional, so I see it as a challenge to find the quickest way to the best result, without compromising the required accuracy and quality. It may seem obvious, but it is an art not to create more work than is necessary when looking to meet the client’s aims. Sometimes this requires creative, ’out-of-the-box‘ solutions which add extra value within the limits of the law. To deliver these solutions, you must know your business thoroughly and have the courage to do things differently. A client must be able to understand why you work in such a way or follow a particular strategy – I always explain it. You are always supporting your client and by his or her side, so mutual trust also plays an important role in any relationship.
