New partner at Eversheds Faasen: Paul Goedvolk
International law firm Eversheds has appointed property expert Paul Goedvolk as a partner. At Eversheds’ Notary Department Goedvolk will be responsible for business property transfers, re-financing, collaterals, project development, transactions for governments and advice on projects with property components. Goedvolk will be based in the firms' Rotterdam office and will specialise in sustainable energy and health care.
Paul Goedvolk started his career with Allen & Overy. Goedvolk is an experienced civil-law notary with profound knowledge of the property sector. He is also a member of the association for property civil-law notaries (Vereniging Vastgoed Juristen).
Rob Faasen, managing partner at Eversheds Faasen, is delighted with Goedvolk’s appointment:
“Now that our office is growing in terms of sustainable energy and health care, there is an increasing need to provide advice on property investments to our clients. The time is right to provide a strong expertise at Eversheds Faasen. Paul is a very enterprising person, and his dynamism will serve Eversheds clients both locally and around the world”.
Goedvolk said:
“Right from the start I have been very impressed with the strategic direction and innovative culture of Eversheds. Clients are served from an entrepreneurial point of view. The firm's strategy lends itself perfectly to having a dedicated property team in the Rotterdam office and I believe I have every opportunity to further expand the practice at Eversheds Faasen and provide added value for the firm as a whole.”
