Heat
The Netherlands is one of the countries with a strong development of the heat sector. The use of techniques in a creative way results in a variety of projects. For example district heating by way of use of residual heat of power stations and industry, WKO-projects in utilities and house-construction and heat projects (earth heat and greenhouse heat) in the horticulture.
For heat, we are able to draw upon knowledge gained from extensive experience in renewable energy project development and operation. The team advises in heat projects and local energy generation. We have knowledge about the rapidly evolving industry dynamics and participants, business models, regulatory compliance (including the Heat Act and other specifically related laws and regulations), and government incentives.
At the moment we advise, amongst other things housing corporations in relation to heat projects and the exploitation thereof and municipalities and market parties in relation to local energy companies.
