My work fields, IT/IP and Privacy Law, are in constant motion. Therefore, the laws and regulations that are applicable often lag behind current events and state of the art adaptations. You must be interested in new technological developments and be prepared to give your own practical application to legislation that has not yet been interpreted by case law. Having a thorough knowledge of your clients’ business operations and knowing what they want are also vitally important as well as exciting. The dynamic environment helps you build a relationship with your client and contributes to your personal involvement.
